Retail Acuity Recruiter was launched in 2019 to link retail reps with in-store servicing jobs nationwide. After collaboration with clients, the partners at Retail Acuity discovered the recruiting frustrations that many companies were experiencing when trying to find qualified candidates. After the World Alliance for Retail Excellence & Standards (WARES/NARMS) dissolved in 2017, recruiters at retail companies had no real place to turn. General job boards and recruiting sites were costly and didn’t provide the right candidates for in-store servicing jobs. That has all changed with Retail Acuity Recruiter.
